A dolphin and pilot whale have washed ashore on two separate beaches in Co. Wexford.

The dolphin was discovered at Courtown by a walker. It was dead when the man came across it.
The pilot whale washed ashore in Fethard-on-Sea.
The beached animals come just one week after a rare smalltooth sand tiger shark washed ashore in the county. The shark was an incredible 14 feet long.
