Vincent Hughes, a Dublin-based producer and radio presenter, captured the moment on video and shared it on Twitter:

The video shows the man lifting his new fiancée as she holds a bouquet of pink flowers. The couple hug and kiss as a man nearby plays the piano and the crowd that gathered to watch it happen clap and cheer.

Dublin Airport also tweeted about the event, saying “Love was well and truly in the air in Dublin Airport last night as a Ryanair air hostess was surprised in T1 arrivals by her boyfriend … (much to the excitement of the others waiting!)”

Congratulations to the couple, who must be over the moon at the moment.
