Irish businessman Ulick McEvaddy has claimed he’s in talks to sell the land he co-owns in between the 2 runways of Dublin Airport to build a private terminal, as he considers the deal offered by the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) to be too low.

The DAA meanwhile has stated they don’t see the land as being of any significant value and that they had many other priorities for infrastructure projects.
