The business is spending over £4 million to establish a presence in Belfast.
Recruitment for the new roles has already begun, and they will be filled over the course of the next year.
The Dublin-based company serves over 3,000 business, insurance, and student organisations in Ireland and the UK with help and advice related to health and wellbeing.
It accomplishes this by providing direct access to on-demand health and wellness professionals, counselling in more than 35 languages, mental health coaching, and round-the-clock assistance through a virtual technological platform.
