Together, the cables are 3.6 km long and weigh 25 kg, so they may be used to connect Croke Park and St. Stephen's Green in Dublin.

The cables needed to build the outfit came from Equinix data centres, and the entire process took 640 hours. Lady Gaga and Chappell Roan have both worn pieces by Maximilian Raynor.



"I started to imagine the personification of 'internet' herself: this visual character that is the embodiment of data," said Mr Raynor.

"Like this woman that had emerged somewhat robot, somewhat human, from this pile of wires to create this dramatic look," he said. Equinix runs 260 data centres, including six in Dublin, across 33 countries on five continents.
