In Dublin, house price inflation was 7%, down from 8.3% the previous month. According to the Times, the median house price in the country was €300,000 in the year up to November, while the median house price in Dublin for that same period was €425,000.

In spite of the slowed inflation, house prices overall are expected to increase in 2023 due to the Irish housing supply being inadequate for current demand.
