Geraghty visited a total of 238 pubs, starting with The Barbers in the Grangegorman area and finishing eight-and-a-half hours later at Lincoln’s Inn beside Trinity College. The journey consisted of an astounding 34 kilometres of walking
"I think I'll be the first person to 'visit' all of Dublin city's pubs in one day,” said Geraghty on Twitter, before setting out. One of his rules was that he had to at least touch every pub he visited as he passed by.
Today I'm setting off on foot, attempting to visit every single pub in Dublin city centre in one day.

After
finishing his great expedition, Geraghty went to The Flowing Tide to have a
“post walk scoop”, saying “I’ll have to stay for another because I can’t really
move”.
