The strategy will invest €100 million in charging infrastructure over the course of three years. There will also be chargers installed in sports clubs around the country, as well as retail centres.


Green Party leader Eamon Ryan said the strategy will help to revamp Irish infrastructure and encourage drivers to make the switch to EVs.
