The main public transit hub in Ireland, Grand Central Station in Belfast, will shortly be the site of the Scottish brewery's first outlet.

Global bar expansion is a verified plan of pub company Brewdog. The company made hints in 2021 that, among about 40 new pub locations, Belfast was on its radar.

In recent years, it has been connected to two distinct places in Belfast. It has several bars all throughout the UK in addition to one major one in Dublin.

September 8 is when the new Grand Central Station is scheduled to open in stages.

Translink Group CEO Chris Conway told BBC Good Morning Ulster, "We will be opening up the station in phases, and also for operational reasons."

"The first stage will involve moving operations from Europa Bus Centre to Grand Central Station on Sunday, September 8.

"This is the largest integrated station on the island of Ireland and has very modern, advance feature, lots of accessibility, new retail offerings such as M&S, Pret A Manger, and BrewDog for example, really adding to the regeneration of Belfast," Mr. Conway said, speaking about the station's new hospitality and retail offerings.
