On November 23, the five-year-old was hurt in an altercation outside a school in the north inner city.
A female care worker and two more small children were hurt as well.
A friend of the five-year-old's family created a GoFundMe page, which is now called Barróg do Chailín Beag, to help them recover from the incident. More than €55,000 has been raised thus far.
The girl's mother sent an update on Thursday, writing, "Hello everyone. Just to wish everyone a happy new year and a belated Christmas, here is the mother of the little girl.
"It has been two weeks since our angel left the paediatric intensive care unit (PICU). She even smiled and seemed more aware.
"We still have a long time still in hospital, but she is out of danger."
The mother thanked everyone for their support and assistance in closing.
The stabbing set off riots in Dublin's city centre, resulting in significant damage to Garda cars and public transportation, as well as looting of several stores. In relation to the disturbance, more than 40 people were taken into custody; about 30 of them have subsequently appeared in court.
