An early summer heatwave may be just days away, as predicted by Met Éireann.

In a significant update to its extended range forecast, Met Éireann’s weather experts now believe that warm temperatures could begin to rise sharply at the start of next week, on Monday, June 24.
In the latest update, Met Éireann stated that “mean temperatures will be higher than average nationwide” from Monday, June 24 to Sunday, June 30.
