In an interview with the Sunday Independent, Eric Trump confirmed that his father would make the visit regardless of the outcome of the upcoming November US presidential election.

The Trump family owns Trump International Golf Links & Hotel in Doonbeg, County Clare. Eric Trump is scheduled to visit the club this week. He expressed his family’s connection to Ireland, stating, “My dad loves Ireland. It’s very easy for a president to pop in for 15 minutes, wave to the masses and leave. This is a guy and a family that has invested millions of dollars into your economy. I guarantee you he will be back in Ireland in the next year.”

He added, “I am personally going to bring him over there. He adores Doonbeg. One of the greatest moments of my life was five years ago when we left Doonbeg in Marine One, flew to Shannon, then travelled to Nice, and finally landed on the beaches of Normandy for the 75th anniversary of the invasion.”

Eric Trump also discussed various topics, including an assassination attempt on his father, the former president’s strict immigration policies, and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.
