The month-long celebrations start tomorrow, 7 June, headlined by Welsh rock legends Stereophonics. Lead singer Kelly Jones states that they are ready for anything – rain included – armed with raincoats and a fanbase that spans generations.
The festival’s 2025 lineup is one of its most diverse to date. Big names like Snow Patrol, Alanis Morissette, Charlie XCX, DJ BLK, and Justin Timberlake will take the stage throughout June. Timberlake performs on 26 June with support from Jess Glynne and Olivia Lunny. Alanis Morissette will close out the festival on 30 June.
Dance music fans can look forward to the Boiler Room night on 28 June, featuring Chris Stussy and Galway’s own KETTAMA. Meanwhile, orchestral enthusiasts can enjoy Lush! Classical with the Ulster Orchestra on Saturday, 7 June, and Catfish and the Bottlemen are set to perform on 15 June.
Festival director Alan Simms says the goal is to curate a wide range of music to suit all tastes, with a personal highlight being Snow Patrol’s long-awaited appearance.
Gates open at 6pm BST and close at 9:45pm BST, with performances typically ending by 11pm. Public transport is available via Metro and Goldliner services, with extra trains scheduled. Ormeau Embankment will be closed from 4pm on show days, so plan pickups accordingly.
While most gigs are open to under-16s with an adult, Lush Classical, BLK, and Boiler Room are strictly over-16 events with ID required. Additional accessibility and travel details are available on Belsonic’s official channels.
