Aki suffered a shoulder injury during last weekend’s 27-20 defeat in Pretoria but seemed likely to play in the series finale after Andy Farrell’s full 35-man squad trained on Wednesday.
Farrell has made four changes in total, including moving regular captain Peter O’Mahony to the bench.
